How do I import my old database?

First you need to get your old database file. If you still have access to your previous installation:

  1. Start Libra
  2. Go to the database list
  3. Select the “share” button on the top right (the one with the triangle)
  4. Save the file somewhere (for example, send it to yourself by email)

If you don’t have access to the installation, try looking for a “Libra” folder in your old phone or SD card.

In any case, to import the database there are two options:

  1. Save the file somewhere in your phone’s memory
  2. Go to the database list
  3. Open the menu, and select the “import database” folder
  4. Select the correct file

  1. Send the file to your phone using any possible transfer method (e-Mail, Dropbox, Google Drive, Bluetooh, etc.)
  2. Open the file from your device
  3. Let Libra handle the file

I can’t log in to Withings

Withings requires that you own a Withings WiFi scale before you can use the synchronization feature.

If you do have a scale, then any login problems are most likely related to temporary problems. In that case, the best option is to wait, or try again from a more stable network connection.

The calculations are wrong

Libra has the option to use the trend values instead of the real weight to calculate its statistics.

This can be configured under Settings -> General Preferences -> Use trend values

Is there a version of Libra for iOS?

There’s currently no port of Libra for iOS. As much as I’d like to do it, I simply haven’t had the time.

It is however in my long-term plans, so it will happen sooner or later.

Please help me lose weight

I can’t. I’m not a medical doctor, so I’m not qualified to give anybody health advice. Also, a weight loss plan will vary a lot from one person to the next, so even if I were qualified, it’d be hard to do it over the internet.

If you’re serious about losing weight, please contact a qualified professional who can create a personalised plan for you.
